Who can enable a module or grant access?

Owners and admins can manage paid team modules through the Team page. Access can also come from a Codus promotion or an account-specific grant, so it is not true that every enabled module must have been bought individually.

Before you start

Check the account and the source of access. A member should not purchase again because an account summary omits a promotion or team grant. SEO and Video are currently offered through a configurable promotion; eligibility and future pricing can change.

What to do

1. Open Team if you manage the organisation.
2. Find the member and check their seat and module state.
3. For a paid addition, follow module activation and review the charge before confirming.
4. If you were promised a grant, ask Codus support to confirm it for your GitHub account. The normal module purchase controls are not free-grant controls.
5. If access exists but a tab is absent, check More and missing-module recovery.

How do I know it worked?

The correct account can open the module. For paid activation, the purchase must also show a successful result; for a grant, confirm its scope and any expiry rather than assuming permanent access.
