What can I do in the Codus web app?
Codus Cloud is the web companion to the desktop. You can view and queue project tasks, inspect live quadrants, keep notes, manage account access and reach phone video tools. It does not run the local project on a sleeping computer.
Before you start
Sign in using the same GitHub account as your desktop. Account identity, saved cloud records and a currently connected desktop are different things. Seeing a saved project does not prove its agent is available to execute a request.
Find the right area
- Open the web app and sign in.
- Use List for project tasks, Quadrants for connected desktop workspaces and Notes for saved notes.
- Use the account/profile menu for Billing, Affiliate, Video and Email preferences where shown.
- Use Team if you have organisation-management access.
- Use download for the desktop installer offered to your account.
Billing shows plan and licence information. Affiliate shows referral codes and earnings. Video opens the phone project library; scripts and filming are separate actions. Email preferences controls Codus communications, not an AI provider's sign-in or a connected mailbox.
Work while the desktop is offline
You can retain saved tasks and notes without a live desktop. Running an agent, importing footage into a local project or continuing a local server needs an appropriate connected desktop. See No live desktops before repeatedly pressing Execute.
Brain Tasks, Done and Notes are their own workspace records. Their sync does not mean the cloud's project task list and the Brain are the same list; see Brain records.
How do I know it worked?
You see the intended account's records. For a command sent to the desktop, also confirm its target and acknowledgement there. A saved cloud task is not proof it has been executed.
