Why is a module missing after I was given access?

Check More, the signed-in GitHub account and the actual grant or purchase before assuming the module is unavailable. A view can be unpinned from the top bar without losing access. A newly changed entitlement also needs time to refresh.

Before you start

Know which module was enabled and for which GitHub account. A billing email or another account belonging to the same person is not necessarily the account signed into this desktop.

Steps

  1. Open the top-level More menu and look for the module.
  2. If it is listed, open it; star it there if you want it in the top bar.
  3. Confirm the GitHub account under Settings → Cloud account.
  4. Ask the owner or support to confirm the grant, expiry or successful paid activation for that account.
  5. Give Codus time to refresh, then bring it back into focus. If still missing, check Settings → Updates and report the version and module.

Do not reinstall, clear application data or buy a second copy as a first step. A partial support account summary can omit valid access sources.

If the view opens but an existing agent cannot use a newly added capability, finish or save its current work and refresh that agent's session as appropriate. A missing tool in an old session is a different problem from a missing module entitlement.

How do I know it worked?

The module opens for the intended account. For Video, the presence of a workspace does not guarantee the Mac-only native recorder is available on every operating system. For Support, chats requires cloud sign-in as well as access.
