What are modules, and why can I see some workspaces but not others?
Modules give an account access to additional Codus workspaces. Access can come from a paid seat module or a valid grant. Check More as well as the top bar: an unpinned view is not the same as a module your account lacks.
Before you start
Use the GitHub account that received access. Your AI-provider sign-in and the email on a payment receipt are not substitutes for that identity.
Find the workspace
- Check the top navigation and More.
- Choose SEO for SEO projects, video for video work or customer support for your product's support operation.
- If a view is missing from both places, ask the owner or administrator to check access for your exact GitHub username.
- Reconnect the desktop and allow the account access check to refresh. If it remains missing, use missing-module troubleshooting.
Meta Ads is a public workspace in Codus, but needs the relevant Meta connection to use account data. Other account-gated workspaces, including Analyst and Email, appear only when enabled for that account. Seeing them in a demonstration is not proof that your subscription includes them.
Costs and permissions
Check the current billing page or team module controls before confirming a purchase. A free grant is not a paid subscription, and removing one access source need not remove another valid source.
The Customer support button for getting help with Codus itself is separate from the Support module used to answer your own visitors.
How do I know it worked?
The intended workspace appears for the right account and opens. Pinning a view changes navigation only; it does not grant access or buy a module.
