What are the modules, and what does each one add?
Modules are paid packs you add on top of a seat, each £99 per seat per month. There are three: SEO, Video and Support. Each one adds a whole area to codus for the people who have it, and someone without a module simply does not see its area at all. One thing trips everyone up: the name on the bill is not always the name of the tab, and the Support module's tab is not even called "Support".
The three modules
Each is £99 per seat per month, or £990 per year, on top of the seat itself.
- SEO adds SEO clients, projects and an SEO agent team.
- Video adds video projects, edits and a video agent team.
- Support adds customer-support chat handling, with agents that answer from your product's code.
The names do not always match
This is the single most common source of confusion, so it is worth a table. What you buy on the team page and what you look for in codus are not always the same word:

The Support one catches people out most. If someone tells you "you now have Support" and you go looking for a Support tab, you will not find one. Look for floor along the top instead, and chats and issues in the side panel.
What someone without a module sees
Nothing. There is no greyed-out tab, no padlock, no "upgrade" button. The tab is simply not there, and the top of codus looks completely normal, just one item shorter.
So "I do not have this module" and "this module is broken" look identical, which is why a missing tab is worrying if you do not know this. If an area you were promised is not there, see I was given a pack but I can't see its tab.
A note on demos and screenshots
If you have seen codus with every tab present, that was probably a development build, which shows all of them regardless of what is paid for. A normal account only shows the modules it holds, so your codus having fewer tabs than a demo is expected, not a fault.
How do I get one?
