Where are the files and visuals my agent creates?
Open Assets at the bottom of a quadrant or in the Brain to see items saved to that library. You can preview them, organise them and make selected items available in other local libraries.
Before you start
Choose the intended project or Brain. Its Assets library is not the same as the Video module's media list or the Data Library in settings. A file on disk is not necessarily registered as an Asset.
Find and organise an item
- Click Assets, then select an item to preview it.
- Use Find to search and the sort menu for Recent, Name or Starred first.
- Open the item's More menu for Pin to top, Star, Edit tags…, Add to group… or Rename.
- Use Archive to hide an item. Expand Archived and choose Restore to bring it back.
Delete asks for confirmation and cannot be undone through the library. Archive is the safer choice when you only want less clutter.
What does sharing mean?
Share to every library makes an item available across Codus libraries on this computer. It does not publish a public internet link or upload it as a cloud backup. Make private to this library limits its library visibility again.
Assets and DevTools use the same drawer area. Opening one can close the other; Codus asks about unsaved editor changes rather than silently discarding them.
How do I know it worked?
The item appears under the intended library and opens in the preview. A pin, star, tag or group is visible after the change. For important deliverables, also confirm where the actual file is saved.
