How do I review a video and send feedback on an exact frame?
Open a video in the project's Files view, pause at the point you want to discuss and use Review to mark the frame and write a note. You can send one note or the whole set to the project's team. Saving a review note does not itself edit the video or send that note to the agent.
Before you start
Choose the correct project and video file. The team must be available to receive feedback; if sending fails because it is not running, start the project before retrying. Review notes are not a substitute for saving the source footage.
Review a frame
- Open the project's Files and select the video for inline playback.
- Use play/pause and the timeline to reach the relevant moment. +, − and Fit adjust timeline zoom.
- Open Review, draw a red circle around the region and add a clear note about the change you want.
- Check the note and its time in the review list. Click the time to return to that moment.
- Use Send for an individual note or Send all … to the agent for the set.
The delete control removes a review note; it does not undo an edit the team has already made. Avoid sending the same note repeatedly while the first send is still pending.
If feedback does not reach the team
Read the sending error. If instructed, use Run team for that project, then retry. A saved note or an open player is not proof the team received instructions. Check the team's conversation for acknowledgement.
Versions → Open video remains another way to watch a rendered cut in an external player. The Files review workflow adds annotations; it does not replace Versions or export the result.
How do I know it worked?
Your notes point to the intended frames, sending completes without an error and the team acknowledges the requested changes. Review the next rendered version to confirm the change itself, rather than treating feedback delivery as a finished edit.
