Codus Studio

We ship your team's workflow.

Built by the team that ships codus

Bring us a workflow that is eating your team's hours. Two weeks to audit it inside your environment, then a scoped build that hands you a configured codus install: the same agents that already ship production code, set up for the work your team actually does.

$4,500 USD assessment · $5K-$1M implementation · scoped after

Who we work with

Three kinds of team. One way of working.

SMB · 20–200 people

Operations leaders drowning in repetition

You can see exactly which workflow is eating your team's hours every week. You want it gone, but you do not have a spare engineer to build the automation.

Typical build · $5K–$25K
Scale-up · 200–1,000

Founders embedding AI into a department

You want a function shipped: customer support triage, sales enrichment, marketing operations, content production. You want it built right the first time.

Typical build · $25K–$100K
Enterprise · 1,000+

Departments automating end to end

You are transforming a function across multiple teams, multiple systems, multiple integrations. You want a partner who codes the implementation, not a PowerPoint vendor.

Typical build · $100K–$1M
Why the codus team

Built by the people who built codus.

Studio engagements are run by the engineers who ship codus itself. Same team, same product, same release cycle as the app your team will use.

We wrote codus

Every piece of your build is one we shipped

Agents, planner, connectors, cloud sync, the desktop app itself. Every part of codus your build runs on, we wrote ourselves. When something needs a new capability, we add it to the product, not around it.

A working codus install

The deliverable is the app you saw on the homepage

Not a custom service on a server we own. We hand you a working copy of codus: the agents, the connectors, the integrations, all running locally inside the same software your team already uses.

No slideware

You see the build inside codus the moment it works

Audit week, configuration plan, build itself. All of it lives in the codus app from day one. Handover is just the moment we stop pushing changes.

Step one

Workflow Assessment.
$4,500 USD. Two weeks.

Before we propose a build, we audit. You pay $4,500, we spend two weeks inside the workflow you want fixed, and we give you a written plan with prices.

If you commission the implementation afterwards, the $4,500 comes off your first invoice. If you walk away, you keep the roadmap and can hand it to another team.

Book your assessment
  1. Day 01

    Kickoff workshop

90-minute call with you and the team running the workflow. We surface the steps that hurt, the systems involved, the metrics that move.

  2. Day 2-7

    Workflow audit

We shadow your team in their actual environment. We map every step, every integration, every handover. We instrument the cost: hours per week, headcount equivalent, opportunity lost.

  3. Day 8-12

    Configuration plan

We design the codus build. Which connectors we plug in for your CRM, billing, support, and internal tools. Which custom connectors we write to fill the gaps. How the agents hand work between each other.

  4. Day 13

    ROI projection

We calculate the saved-hours per week, the time-to-payback on the build investment, and the headcount the build is equivalent to. Numbers, not adjectives.

  5. Day 14

    Readout + roadmap

60-minute meeting. You receive a written report and a phased implementation proposal with fixed prices per phase. You decide whether to proceed.

Step two

Build Engagement.
Scoped after assessment.

The build is shaped by the assessment, not the other way around. We have three rough size bands. Most engagements settle inside one of them.

Focused build
$5K–$25K
2–4 weeks

A single workflow, automated end to end. We ship the build, you take over.

  • One workflow automated end to end
  • Off-the-shelf connectors for your standard tools, light custom code
  • Handover with documentation and operating guide
Department build
$25K–$100K
1–3 months

Multi-workflow build across one function (support, ops, marketing). Custom connectors where your tools do not have one off the shelf.

  • Three to six workflows, sequenced
  • Custom connectors written for the tools you use
  • Integration with CRM, billing, support systems
  • Internal team training and operating guides
Enterprise build
$100K–$1M
3–12 months

Department-wide or cross-functional automation. Embedded engineers, custom integrations, change management.

  • Cross-functional workflows, phased delivery
  • Custom integrations with enterprise systems
  • Embedded codus engineers inside your team
  • Quarterly business reviews and roadmap updates
  • Optional ongoing managed service
How it unfolds

Six stages from first call to handover.

  1. 01stage

    Book and pay the assessment

You pick a slot in Calendly and pay the $4,500 USD assessment fee in the same flow. We confirm within one business day.

  2. 02stage

    Kickoff workshop

We schedule a 90-minute call with your team within seven days. You walk us through the workflow you want shipped.

  3. 03stage

    Two-week audit

We embed with your team, map the workflow, instrument the cost. You see us active in the workspace, asking questions, taking screenshots, writing the plan.

  4. 04stage

    Readout and roadmap

You receive a written report, a configuration plan, an ROI projection, and a phased implementation proposal with fixed prices.

  5. 05stage

    Build engagement (optional)

If you proceed, your $4,500 assessment fee credits against your first invoice. We ship in phases against the roadmap, with weekly check-ins.

  6. 06stage

    Handover

You receive the configured codus install, the operating guide, the source code for every custom connector we wrote, and the team training. Your team takes over. Optional managed service available.

What we ship

What a Codus Studio build looks like.

Three sample workflow shapes we routinely build. Yours will look different in the specifics; the structure is similar.

Customer support · 40-person SaaS

Inbound triage and first-response drafts

Every incoming ticket is read, classified, routed to the right queue, and answered with a draft reply for the agent to approve. Codus pulls account context from the CRM and prior ticket history before drafting.

~32 hours/week saved
Sales operations · 70-person agency

Lead enrichment and proposal drafts

New leads enrich against five data sources, generate a one-page brief, and produce a tailored proposal draft from your template library. The AE only edits and sends.

~18 hours/week saved
Finance ops · 200-person retailer

Supplier invoice reconciliation

Twelve supplier portals are checked nightly, invoices are downloaded, matched to purchase orders, and flagged for the finance lead with a one-paragraph summary of variances.

~26 hours/week saved
Common questions

Before you book.

Is the $4,500 refundable?

The assessment fee is non-refundable once we have started. If you commission the implementation afterwards, the full $4,500 credits against your first invoice. If you walk away, you keep the written report and the roadmap.

Who owns the code, tools and workflow we build together?

You do. Every line of code, every custom connector, every integration script we write for you is yours. We hand over a code repository at the end of each engagement. We retain no copies.

Will our team need codus subscriptions?

Yes. Codus is the engine the build runs on, so each member of your team who interacts with the workflow will need a codus seat at £99 per month. We factor that into the ROI projection in the assessment.

Do you sign NDAs?

Always. Our default mutual NDA can be signed before the kickoff workshop, or we can work to your template if you prefer. We have signed NDAs for regulated industries before.

What if we want to maintain the build ourselves after handover?

That is the default. The handover includes documentation, source code, and a 60-minute training session for the engineer who will own the build. Most clients self-maintain after the engagement.

Can you embed engineers inside our team?

Yes. For builds over $100K we typically embed one or two codus engineers inside your team for the duration of the build, with a clear scope and exit plan. This is included in the enterprise build tier.

Which integrations do you support?

Codus connects to any service your team already uses. We have built integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Zendesk, Linear, Notion, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and dozens of niche internal tools. If your team can use the tool in a browser, we can integrate with it.

How quickly can we start?

The kickoff workshop is typically within seven days of payment. The assessment runs for two weeks from there. So from booking to roadmap, three weeks total.

Book a discovery call.
